This is an invitation to open your body, heart and mind to archetypal energies and experience them in the dance. Explore the many dimensions of different archetypes, the parts that feel easy and familiar… the parts that take you to your growing edge… the parts that surprise you and introduce you to new ways of being.
Archetypes are universal themes that have been used in cultures across the world and throughout time for healing and personal growth.
In the 5Rhythms® practice we consciously embody certain aspects of an archetype (Mother, Father, Warrior, Lover, Magician) to increase our movement vocabulary and grow beyond the identification with our personal.
This 5 week class series is for you if you want to:
- discover the potency of movement as medicine.
- experience states of heightened awareness and profound body healing.
- embody joy and radiant aliveness.
- dance your heart open!
Please create a sacred space for yourself where you can dance without being interrupted. Have your water close by and wear movement friendly clothing.
We will open the class at 8:50 AM and begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
You will be muted upon entering the class space.
