How do we embody more JOY? How can we access JOY when life feels irritating, overwhelming or unpleasant?
JOY is a quality that we can grow, a skill that can be learned. It is available to us when we are present in the here and now. Can we allow moments of JOY to come into our awareness and offer our bodies and hearts to it?
In this class series we will use the catalytic movement practice of the 5Rhythms® to clear what gets in the way and create more space internally.
Through embodiment and meditation practices we get to experience how we might be involuntarily contributing to irritation, anxiety or depression and how we can consciously shift our state of being.

Please create a sacred space for yourself where you can dance without being interrupted. Have your water close by and wear movement friendly clothing.
