Always this brief moment of “standing still”, of pausing on the longest day of the year is powerful and worthy to be celebrated.
What is in the light of your awareness right now? What is ready to be let in, let out and let go? Where are you able to move into acceptance, into letting be, with what is moving in and around you?
Often it just takes a moment to lean into ourselves, to tune in, to become quiet enough to drop below the chatter of the mind into what is REALLY going on. The 5Rhythms practice offers so many tools for us to take what we experience on the dance floor into our daily lives. Can we create a routine of regularly checking in with ourselves – with body, heart and mind? Just take a moment to notice what is alive in your body right now… in the belly, in your chest… where do you sense your breath? How is your heart space? What is running through your mind? Don’t cling to it – just notice. Be with what is present right now and listen…
